About the use environment

Check A Golf is free of charge for the functions of searching, registering, editing, and deleting websites, as well as all associated functions.However, the user is responsible for the cost of the Internet service provider, the cost of the equipment used to access the site, the cost of the telephone line connection, and the cost of the communication line (including packet charges).
Check A Golf makes no warranty as to the operation of the user's computer or software.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Check A Golf shall not be liable for any damages incurred between users by the use of this service.
Unless otherwise specified, any disputes between Check A Golf and contractors, or between users, shall be exclusively governed in the first instance by the Tokyo District Court.
